Because these are controlled research materials with chain-of-custody and storage requirements, all sales are final. We don't accept returns for change of mind, but damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed shipments remain eligible for review under the sections below.
Quality concerns
If you believe a product you received doesn't match its published Certificate of Analysis, contact us with your order number and batch code. We'll work with you directly to investigate.
Verify before you contact us
Use the product and batch identifiers on the received packaging to search our COA page. If an exact report is not listed, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can investigate.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
